How Shipping Works
The Loyal Collar is a Canadian-based business, but we don't hold products in a domestic warehouse. Every order is fulfilled and shipped directly by our international fulfillment partners, primarily from facilities in Asia. This lets us offer a wider range of products at better prices — but it also means delivery times are longer than a typical local retailer, no matter where you're located, including within Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 7–14 business days
United States: 7–14 business days
European Union: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on customs processing, carrier capacity, and local delivery conditions in your area, all of which are outside our control.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Because your order ships internationally, it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are separate from your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're not able to predict or control these fees — if you're unsure what to expect, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

European Union Orders
As of July 2026, all parcels entering the EU are subject to import duty and VAT regardless of value, following the EU's removal of its previous low-value exemption. This is applied by EU customs, not by us, and is factored into the delivery times and any charges noted above.

Delays
Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to customs inspections, weather, carrier volume, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will help track down any shipment that's running significantly behind its estimate.
